Thanks to financial support from DEBEKA to Tafel Koblenz e.V., three elementary schools in Koblenz will receive the children’s magazine “JUNIOR” for free over the next few months. This magazine, available in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, is aimed at young readers.
For over 70 years, “JUNIOR” has been captivating its readers with fascinating stories about animals and nature, challenging puzzles, funny comics, and an exciting poster every month. The magazine playfully contributes to the reading and knowledge development of children.
The principals of Güls Elementary (Peter Degen), Pestalozzi Elementary (Judith Adams), and Balthasar-Neumann Elementary (Koblenz Explorer Day School, Esther Rube) received the magazines for their fourth-grade students.
“We are very pleased with this additional reading material, which enriches our students in the all-day program, provides enjoyable break-time reading, and can be used in various ways in class,” said the school leaders.
